I have had no luck with the marriage or the name of John's spouse.

Middle names of children include Keith and Sheridan and I tried both of those but they are probably grandparents on one or both sides. The middle name Reid comes from:

I'm wondering how accurate this is:

Death # 25017/1953 BAIRD MARGARET JANE ALEXANDER - SYDNEY

If the informant does not know the mother's name why should we believe father's name is Alexander?

I can find possible matches for KEITH if it is not Alexander.

Knowing Margaret came from Inverness is not much help.

If I had to guess: Margaret Jane KEITH b. abt 1859 Inverness

According to 1912 Sands Directory he's at Princes st North Sydney.
He's not in Paddington & Double Bay areas.

Have been going through 1881 census for a Margaret c1859 father Alexander.
Nothing under KEITH or SHERIDAN. No luck yet.

Both buried at South Head.

I can't see a marriage or a death yet for May. The newspaper notice had Mae. I wonder what her middle name is.

Also the one in the E/R:

Elsie Garden - ??? No birth in NSW and didn't arrive on the vessel. ???

I looked in Qld. for any births etc... for BAIRDs and found nothing.

I can't see Elsie Garden ROACH in E/R and I can't find her death.
