Obituary.
MRS. H. E. PETERS
KALBAR, June 10.-A well known Kalbar district resident, Mrs. Helena Elizabeth Peters, widow of the late Mr. John Peters, of Mt. French, passed away at Boonah last week. Born at Redland Bay almost 81 years ago, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederich Muller.

The wedding of Miss Ruby Venz eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Venz, Charlwood, and Mr. Fred. Nuhn, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Friedrich (Fred) Conrad & Alice Mary born after close of Qld. index. They were both missing from my tree until I checked the death notice that listed 2 sons and 2 daughters living. One son had died.

Interesting that the 1882 marriage had lots of "not given" and then crossed out and details filled in later. There is a note on the right that says details were taken from a church register.

That was done up to about 1912. After that date the marriages do not contain all that is in the actual register but only the details required at the time to be sent to the Registrar General. The BDM has no plans to complete the job of adding the missing details to the post-1912 marriages.
