Looking for the marriage which should be before 1861 for John SCOTT & Elizabeth BELL. A son Arthur John was born in Victoria in 1861.

I've found 3x Arthur J. SCOTT born in Australia around 1861 so I hope I now have the right one.

I didn't check for siblings when I looked at the fiche in the library.

I know nothing about Elizabeth BELL. I'm not even sure I have the right Arthur J although age at death could rule out two that are five or more years older. Death reg is not much help:

I can't find either marriage in TROVE. Have age at death and funeral notice with middle name as John. Death reg with father = John and a note that he came from Melbourne. Not quite enough evidence yet.

Lots of John SCOTTs born USA, Scotland, Ireland, England, NSW married to Elizabeth in different parts of Australia, but not one with BELL.

Finding the right death for John or Elizabeth won't be easy.
