Thanks Julie.

This is one I can look up on film and see if it is COWPER as per index:

V1839508 123/1839 TINDILL JOHN - COWPER LUCY JO= Presbyterian Windsor, St Matthew's

I can look up this one:

Burial V1848639 33B/1848 TINDALL LUCY AGE 55

but not this one:

185600818 157/1856 TINDLE JOHN UNKNOWN UNKNOWN

2722/1856 TINDLE JOHN AGE 79 YEARS DIED PARRAMATTA PARRAMATTA ?

He rates a mention in the below paper but it doesnt help with anything. Just says he got 14 years transportation.

The Derby Mercury (Derby, England), Thursday, August 4, 1814

Thanks Julie.

I put the '?' because Parramatta is not the usual registration district for Richmond.

Thanks gibbo. :)

I'm off to the local library this morning to look up more early NSW records on film.
