Some trees have mother as Ann ALFORD. Most trees have death for Ann as 1872 but I say it is this one:

Deaths Sep Qtr 1885
WARNE Ann 76 St. Columb 5c 61

Some trees have a death for John after 1881 but I think it is this one:

Deaths Mar Qtr 1870
Warne John 72 St. Columb 5c 91

I can't find the marriage in 1833 or the baptism records for the children.

I also can't find the arrival in Australia of William 1851 - 1869. Or find him in 1861 census.

Not unless someone can prove I have the wrong deaths for John & Ann.

It looks as though son William was the only one to emigrate. We did look for his arrival previously. Sister Jane married in Cornwall.

Marriages Sep Qtr 1867
HELLYAR Richard St. Columb 5c 119
WARNE Jane St Columb 5c 119

I think this proves that Ann didn't die in 1872:

1881
RG11 Piece 2296 Folio 24 Page 7
Parish: St Columb Major
County: Cornwall
Address: (East Side) 7 Fore Street
Ann Warne Head Widow F 71 Annuitant St Breock Cornwall
Richard Hellyar Grand Son M 12 Scholar St Columb Cornwall
Jane Hellyar Grand Dau F 10 Scholar St Columb Cornwall
Edward Warne visitor M 2 St Columb Cornwall
Jane Bray servant F 13 General Serv. Colan Cornwall

I can't find a single tree that has the same two deaths and Ann's maiden name.

Looks as though I'll have to scan the Cornwall images on FS.

My theory is

John is on the 1851 and 1861 census. Not with Ann in 1871 and she isnt noted as widow. 1881 census she is noted as widow.

I reckon John come out here after 1861 and died in 1874.

Possibly but this fits with age 63 in 1861:

Deaths Mar Qtr 1870
Warne John 72 St. Columb 5c 91

It is a common name in Cornwall.

What year census is that one?

RG10 = 1871 census

I found another tree with death for John in 1870 Cornwall but it lists different children and a different pob. I can't find a tree with that death in NSW in 1874. So all the trees are of no help.

St. Breock only has the burial register.

I can't check the baptisms or the marriage but I can search for the burials except there are lots of parishes in the St. Columb registration district. The 1870 burial is not in St. Columb Major parish.

I can't find the 1870 burial or the 1885 one.
