Windows has just done an upgrade and all my fonts have reverted to a tiny size although my monitor is still using the recommended resolution and fonts set at 100%. Apart from changing the global setting there to 125% I can't see any way now of changing individual fonts in title bars or explorer menu, etc...

The font size of text in title bars is set to 9 by default in Windows 10. In previous Windows, the size was set to 11 by default.
Yup, just got the latest update and MS has totally removed the ability to customize different text sizes from any configuration screens. Madness.

Yeah, I'm thinking W10 has its own 'personal' agenda

That said, the updates are more normal now, at first they were cumbersome and not too helpful..

Oh! I don't remember having that problem.. 9 seems a little small, it may depend on what your screen resolution is? But only guessing
