Not sure which is the one you are looking for, but assuming John came from West Lothian and his age is roughly the same as Janes have posted these from 1881.

Head of household is a Duncan Campbell and family.

John Wright age 18 occ Iron miner born Bo'Ness
Parents Alexander and Agnes Wright, also listed are another 7 Wright children.

In 1891 John Wright is still with parents Alexander and Agness his year of birth is now 1854. The other John Wright is with wife Eliza age 20 and daughter Eliza M age 5mths. They are living in Falkirk Burgh Sterlingshire.
His place, year of birth and occupation match the one from 1881.

Correct assumptions. I had no more info for John.

Jane was a dressmaker and the family lived in North street Bo'ness from 1861 - 1901.

I'd go for the first one but to be sure I'd better get a copy of the marriage:
