In the 1841 Census there is a David Myatt living with Jordan and Phoebe.

In the 1851 Census Jordan and Phoebe have a daughter Caroline born c1847. The GRO site give the mmn for this birth as Myatt.

The David Myatt from the 1841 Census is in the 1851 Census as having been born in Willenhall, the same as Phoebe.

FreeReg has the baptisms in Willenhall for both David and Phoebe, parents Thomas and Ann. There are several variations on the surname but I'd go with Myatt. Obviously a transcription error on the marriage to Jordan.

Phoebe Mayott (Myatt) born 15 March 1805, baptised 3 June 1805
