That must be Tasmania. Joseph married Elizabeth Clark in 1821 and she died Brisbane in 1852 not 1858.

Joseph junior arrived August 1848 and married 1863.

The ACI has him as a Colonial Missionary. Richmond - Hobart.

There was no such thing as Clarence City in 1848. I worked in Tasmania for 11 years. I know Richmond. A very historic town well-known for its bridge.
