Hi everyone :)
Joseph is a dock labr in 19## census aged 38. Perhaps he didn't serve in WW1, may have been discharged or in a reserved occupation. He was listed as sick in 1901.
He joined up in 1890 maybe he was abroad with the regiment in 1891 census?
