Hi, just joined today what a brilliant site, asked for a census look up got a reply not long after :) ,researching the names Woodhouse, from Ainderby steeple, morton on swale north yorkshire, and Stockton from (well not sure really), Frank Stockton married Mary Mcpherson 1897 in West Hartlepool Durham, their children were born in West Hartlepool, but for Frank haven't got a clue, there was mention of Boston Mass, so i thought i would try the passenger lists for boston, low and behold there he was on the ship Bostonian in 1896,on the Saxonia in 1900,(with his wife and child), and on the Ivernia in 1904 (on his own)he was visiting his mother in Boston, so i don't know if he was born in England or not, i have been on various sites, come up with nothing :( , if there is anyone out there that can point me in the right direction i would be eternaly grateful. ;D
Thanks,
Lighty.
