Knocked down by passing train

Active member
My relative Mr Elijah Harding (aka James) a Signalman at Banstead, Surrey was killed "Knocked down by a passing train". This is on his death certificate 13/10/1903 in the Cause of Death after an inquest held 21/10/1903. This is the only report I have.
Does anyone have access to local papers with any reports of his death or his burial or any annual rememberance in local papers.
TIA Ian Barrow g.g.grandson
