The latest update for Windows 10 caused my AI Suite 3 software to stop working because of an incompatibility between those two and Kaspersky software. I need the AI Suite to work because it controls the speed profiles for the CPU and case fans. I tried to remove Kaspersky and it said it was updating so I waited for the update to finish. I rebooted the computer and AI Suite still didn't work so I again attempted to remove Kaspersky. After 6 reboots I've managed to remove two-thirds of Kaspersky. The Security cloud won't remove. At least now my fans are working. Windows security centre says 'action required' but licking on it brings up a screen with a list of icons with "No action needed." under them.

I've had BullGuard Security for years. The recent Win10 updates were no problem at all. My system is bog standard HP jobby, plug and play.

But being almost a techie dunce, I wouldn't know what to do if things went pop.!

After three reboots each I managed to uninstall Kaspersky VPN and Antivirus. The Security cloud won't uninstall. I've now installed Avira and my AI Suite is working and Avira is working so I'm ok with that.
