I know this is an old CD set but there must be a way of continuing to use it even on Windows 10-64bit. Has anyone found how to make this work?

I have copied the later Viewer version 4 from the British Isles Vital Records but when I try to load a CD I just get a Run-time error '5'

That error has lots of causes and the suggested solutions don't seem to fit.

Have you tried compatibility mode choosing the version of Windows previously used to run it?
