I can see the following family in 1841 living at Sams Green, Barking. The surname looks more like LANDER or LINDER but everything else seems to fit the information that you have given.

Robert 1
Richard 20

Richard and Reuben were not born in County, ie Essex, the others were. I cannot read Reuben's occupation it looks like 'Jobber', its a possibility but Richard is an Ag. Lab.

I cannot see this family in 1851 or 1861.

I don't have a copy of the marriage yet so I can't say what it has re parents. Also, I've not yet found them in shipping records. Thought I'd try the census first.

NSW BMD is down - server crashed again so I can't check for birth of earlier siblings.

I've checked Qld, NSW and Victorian archives again and can't see them in Shipping records.

I expect that you have seen the entries on the IGI giving Reuben Leader's birth as Suffolk. There is a submitted entry putting it as Elmswell and an extraction of the Bishops Transcriptions which give a date but not a parish.
There are also baptisms of Richard Leaders in Suffolk but not to the same parents as Reuben. Thats assuming the Richard in the 1841 household was a brother of Reuben.

NSW BMD is back up so I will look now. That was worth doing. Looks like a church baptism record:
