How can Augustus be 1 in 1851 census? Where is Henry?

Augustus John Lee birth registered Q1 1851.

At 1851 census "1 month" has been put in the female age column. 1 then crossed out and written in the male column instead. The word month is not effected and is intended to still apply to the age but has been missed out in transcription, hence he is given as 1 year.

Looks like Henry Joshua Lee has just been missed out in 1851, can't find him anywhere. As the family had a new baby maybe he was being temporarily looked after by a relative who assumed he would be recorded with his family so didn't include him with their's.
