Leslie Eli Smith-RAF

Location
Solihull
From
England
Hi, my great grandad was in the RAF for WW2 and i know he went to Africa and I'm pretty sure he was based in the north of Africa. He is orginally from Birmingham i was wondering if anyone could track him down/come across him or his regiment history because i have had no luck anywhere. Thank you in advance if you know anything.

If it's any help, there are a few Leslie/E Smith in the E/R's 1945-1955 in the Birmingham area. Most of them look to include a spouse, if he married and you know his wife's first name it may be possible to get an address.

Geoff

Yes thank you so much this is him. Clara was his Nan, not sure who Emily&Sylvia is however Roe is the maiden name of Clara. Leslies wife was called Doris Knight (maiden name).
