Explaining the reasons for his bankruptcy Storrier said that he put all his spare time and money into organising for the club, which was to be known as the Belmont Country Club, and seeking members. He allowed his rent to get 12 months behind and his estate was sequestrated an March 13 upon the petition of his landlady at Lane Cove, Barbara Ellen Leane.

That's him. Have not worked out yet if Michael is a son of that marriage to Linda or not.

So Leslie didn't marry his landlady but it's coincidence he married a Barbara Ellen. ?? But why 10 years later in 1964? Linda had died by 1954.
