HI,

This is a long shot but can anyone find a William Smith b. about 1825-30 Herefordshire. Father also William. He was a farmer. William junior was married twice. don't know 1st wife, second was Harriet Hooper. they married in Worcestershire in Aug 1858. I have census records from Worcester, but am trying to link them to Herefordshire.

Hi Joyceawod 17,
I don't think the William and Harriets you posted are the right ones. The childrens names are different, to the ones in my family. On William and Harriets marriage cert. it says 25 Aug 1858, and William was a widower. I have another marriage cert. for a William Smith and this one is dated 3/6/1852. William was aged 40. He married a Lucy Baker aged 30. I don't know if they are they are the same William.
Thank you for the info. though, it is interesting to see other census records. I will examine the ones you gave me anyway just to make 100% sure.
Thanks once again.
Pam
