Does anyone have a full subscription to Ancestry.co.uk? If so could you please do me a favour. There is a new section just appeared called "Masters & Mates Certs 1850-1927 and would love to know if there is anything on there about my husbands gt grandfather, John Horne b 1849 in Shotley Suffolk. We know that he was a master mariner (merchant) and actually died on board ship when he docked in Antwerp in 1907. I would be ever so grateful if someone could find this man on the site. I unfortunately do not have a full membership
