Hi PRJ,
if your grandfather Richard Fieldhouse was born in 1799 - he would have been 7 years old when married to Ann Morris in 1806....
This Richard married a Ann Lawrence on 2 June 1806 at All Saints West Bromich Stafford.

There is a marriage on England Selected Marriages for a Richard Fieldhouse on 22nd Nov 1824 at St Lawrence Darlaston nr Wolverhampton Stafford to a Ann Griffiths which is closer to Richard being born in 1799 - he'd be 25yrs.

regards
Val

Hi - I've spent all morning searching where I got the marriage info, without luck. I can see the parish record in my mind but can I find it again - No. What I posted was a compilation of the BMD record and the Pimlico parish record. I'll keep looking as its out there somewhere..

I am new here and have only just found this message.

Unfortunately, somebody has completely ignored the marriage in the 4th qtr of 1930 between Albert E Payne and Margaret M Keast.

This combined with the fact that Minnie would have been in her 60s when she had her last child.

I would welcome the chance to compare notes on the identity of Minnie - I think that she was born in 1885 to John Keast and Alma Edith Young and somehow "acquired" the name Ruby.

Regards,

Phil
