Hi there,
I'm trying to trace details of Albert Edward Simpson Charlwood (often just listed as A.E.S. Charlwood) - he served in the Royal Field Artillery (but wasnt the only A Charlwood to do so).
He was made a 2nd Lieutenant in Feb 1917, and became Commandant of a POW camp in March 1919 - other than that I have very few details (as I cant ascertain which is correct chap in 1911 census) - if anyone has come accross him in their research would be most grateful.
Many thanks
