Hello All.i Am New To The Site And Like All Of You Am Researching My Family History.i Hope You Are All Having Fun.if Anyone Can Help Me With My Family Member That I Am Stuck On Then I Would Be Truely Grateful. He Is My Grandfather That Goes By The Name Of Nicholas Nikoleini Who Married Joy Caroline Walker, born 26 April 1921 But Dont Know When They Married.they Lived In Nottingham.they Had A Son Bryn Born 1951. We Were Told Years Ago That Nicholas Died Before His Son Had Been Born Guessing 1950 If It Had Been True.i Am Open To Any Ideas As I Cant Find Any History At All On Him And After Almost A Year I Have To Say Its Getting Frustrating. Good Luck To Everyone.

Re: Looking For

Hi Kerri welcome to the forum. No luck in finding Nicholas on the death index. Had as look on Ancestrys bmd from 1949 to 1952, the Dec 1/4 for 1950 was missing. It may be that his surname has been spelt differently or as you put it had it been true. Will have a look for his marriage.

Re: Looking For

Hi Kerri,

Looked for marriage for Joy and Nicholas from Jan 1945-Dec 1951, sorry but found nothing. It can be frustrating, I've one that I cant go back any further than 1921.

thankyou

hello thankyou julie for looking and trying to help.i have been on every site you can think of but still found nothing,i heard that he can from naples, italy, but reasearched that italy does not contain the letter k in their alphabet, but spellings are slightly different, like nicolini or niccolini, could it have been right to have changed the spelling from the italian way? it is frustrating when i have the address that he used to live at with my grandma, she has sadly passed away now and my father was never aloud to speak of him.is their any advice for finding him?
