Looking for Roger's marriage cert details

I am just beginning to try and trace my mother's family and would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me to look up the marriage certificate of Alfred T Rogers and Lilian Moss who married sometime in 1927 in Hinkley, Leicestershire to see what Alfred's occupation was? They had my mother (Barbara J Rogers) in 1928 but I think there were other children and I would like to find out if my mother had any brothers and sisters.

Thanks for this Dave. Can you please confirm if information relates to a record of a birth or a marriage? The thread question relates to marriage details, but the information states "birth" - I am looking for information about both but am not clear if your information relates to a marriage or birth! (am new to this, so trying to sort out the wording - sorry if this is a daft question!).
