Hope the doggy people can help?

A little Tri colour (Black, Tan, White) sheltie was lost near the M5 in worcestershire (Strensham Services)

He will be very shy and frightened. he was on his way from Tavistock to his new home in Wrexham,

This is awful. His Owner must be beside herself with worry. I will post this up for you on dog/pet forums. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to help. Hope he's found safe soon.

I know how I would be if it was one of mine, The worst part is he is far from home near very busy roads. He was on his way to a new home with a new owner.

Just as a thought it might be worth contacting the RSPCA in the area(http://www.rspca-worcester.co.uk/index_files/CONTACT.htm)

in case they find Spencer?

Hi

The RSPCA Police dog warden and farmers have been informed as have local vets radio etc

I believe that a search of the area is to be made meeting at the services 11 am tomorrow morning.

Just to let you know that Spencer is still missing, it is thought he is near Strensham but could be traveling or hiding, he has not been seen since about 4.30 near an industrial estate at Strensham, he may of course be headding back to his old home at Taunton, if you in the area PLEASE PLEASE watch out for him, DO NOT CHASE HIM, he may come if called, he will be very frightened as he is a nervous dog by nature, phone the number on the poster or send me a message and I will pass it on.

Hope he is found,my feeling is he will be as long as he was ID chipped.

Unfotunately he is not chipped and is without his collar and at least a 100 miles from his old home, searches of the area have taken place today and are planned for tomorrow at 10-30 am in the area of the industrial estate and Gilders farm, if anyone can help they will be welcome,

Oh Gwen that is bad news.
Anyone finding him will take him to a vet and they will scan him and of course with no chip....no return to owner.
So with that being the case i would ring all the local vets in the Strensham area to see if they are holding a dog of that description and of course any dog sanctuaries.
Dont have a dog but have two cats and both are chipped.

Really hope there is a happy outcome.
