Hi, do you names for his parents? Who and when he married?
Yes his father was Thomas Lovewell 1812-1877 His mother was Amelia Emily Neave 1813-1893.
He had five children. I would like to find out about his Coachman days what and where he worked and why he died so young

His death certificate should state cause of death. I will check the newspapers on the slim chance his death may have made a mention.

Belgravia was and still is a very affluent part of London. I can't find any mention of a Lowndes Mews but the was and is a Lowndes Square and Lowndes Terrace. If we could find who was living at 26 in 1871-1881 we maybe able to locate his employer

A couple of questions. You say that Edward had 5 children, I've only found 3, Edward James, 1877. George, 1878 and Leonard, 1880, who were the other 2?

Where did Emma and the children go after Edwards death?

Does not seem to be an Upper and Lower North street. I found this ...
.
.. we have addresses for this Kate and her sister Maria in the school registers for the 1860s (St Paul’s, Westminster )… 8 Lowndes Mews, 5a Lower North Street … nice addresses! But daddy was a groom for grand families …
