Lucy King from Puttenham, Surrey

Dear All

I am looking for parish records for the baptism of Lucy King. I think that Lucy was the daughter of John King and Mary Budd of Puttenham, Surrey. They married in Puttenham in 1767. They had eight daughters and one son, all the other children are well documented apart from Lucy.

I have a copy of the book "A Master Mariner" Robert William Eastwick's (RWE) memoirs transcribed by his grandson and he states that Lucy (who married RWE 1796 in Calcutta) was younger sister of Elizabeth King but I am unable to find a baptism record for her. I have guessed at a year of birth as 1780.

I was wondering if anyone had seen the Reverend Charles Kerry's "King Pedigree Vol X"? Microfiche copies are held in the Derby records Office, I may need a trip there. Derby is the last place Charles Kerry (who was vicar at Puttenham for a time) lived and his documents remain there.

Best wishes
