Margaret Botham death/burial

Margaret Gleave married John Botham in Manchester in 1832. They had three children between 1833 and 1836, the last born being Thomas in 1836. In 1838 John Botham, a widower, married Ann Goulden. Therefore Margaret must have died sometime between the birth of Thomas in 1836 and the marriage in 1838. I rather suspect that she may have died in childbirth or soon after but I cannot find a death or burial for her.

If anyone is willing to have a look I'd be grateful.

Unfortunately widower John Botham married in the 2nd quarter of 1838 before that death so she is not the right Margaret.
