Looks like Carter Whitly to me but it could be Whitty.

Yes, probably one of those but not that important being a witness and not one of her children (I can read them in the last column so no problems there. I left off several columns).

My original guess years ago was McSully. Don't see that now.

The Registrar William D McKee is no problem - his name is at the top of the page.
