The only one I can find in 1911 is the same as the one you have.

You have the correct Census ebtry. The family are living at 71 Bostock Street Warrington and there is a baptism on Lancs opc for a Margaret Miller on 4th Aug 1901, parents Robert and Margaret Miller of 71 Bostock Street.

There are two children named Dantith in the family in 1911, which implies that Margaret was a widow when she married Robert
