I've checked all deaths in Ballinasloe 1870 - 1902 for a Patrick Harney and can't see one who fits.

We know William James is a brother of the Patrick who died in 1908. We got parents from his birth. Anne Sweeny and Patrick a 'Graler' ?

Anne is a widow so the death for Patrick should not list him as a widower but all those found do.

Ok, I have made one assumption. Are the trees any help re children of Patrick and Anne Sweeney?

I have assumed that the Wm J is a younger brother. If an older brother then there would be no birth reg.
