66 Albert Ave is almost diagonally opposite where the Second Church of Christ, Scientist, Sydney would have been on the corner of Victor St in those years.

The church moved to other side and further east along Albert Ave in 1989 to where cottages at 24 & 26 use to be.

Described as a cottage. No idea if it was a boarding house [28 Albert Ave was for many years].

Don't know of any connection between Martin family and the two owners.

9 girls and 2 boys Val.

I'll check again there is nothing I'm missing with the Martins. Most of the girls didn't marry.

Just curious about the 'residence' near the church.

Chatswood library has the Willoughby City Council valuation notices on film so I looked that address up.

I'll have to check the fiche at the State Library and try to find Marian between 1913 and 1930.

1903 NSW Electoral Roll - DALLEY - BALMAIN NORTH POLLING-PLACE
MARTIN Agnes Mary, 31 Booth-street, domestic duties
MARTIN Alice, 31 Booth-street, governess
MARTIN Caroline, 31 Booth-street, school teacher
MARTIN Charity Sophia, 31 Booth-street, domestic duties
MARTIN Clara, 31 Booth-street, domestic duties
MARTIN Marian, 31 Booth-street, nurse

A nurse and then connected with the church. A bit curious.

This looks to be the only gap.

William Martin arrived in Australia between Sep 1848 and Oct 1850 ???
