Can anyone help trace a marriage between a

Robert James Kinnersley (1962, Bermondsey, London)

and

???????? Balls (1962-1968)

Resident in Colchester, and x3 children born 1993,1996,1999

Would really appreciate any info please.

There is a marriage in 1994 but not to a Balls, don't forget if the Mother has been married before the children will be under her maiden name and the marriage will be under her previous name.
