marriage of Robert Riseborough please

Looking for a marriage of Robert Riseborough, he married Ellen ? about 1836 i think, he was born Marston suffolk ,Ellen was born Peasonhall suffolk,

Should the year be about 1876? Though I cant find a marriage for him around that time. There is another one a little bit later 1886 district Hartismere Suffolk. Robert William Riseborough, but A------y has missed one of the brides off the indexing.

Yeah you are right it should be about 1876, although the marriage you found could be about the right year too, what a shame they missed the brides name off. , would there be another way of finding out?

Hi Lightly,

Unless anyone has access to the parish records, then the marriage certificate would be the next best thing. The other bride listed Esther Riseborough, (she married Elijah Tuffs) looks to be Roberts sister so it may have been a double wedding.
