I have a photo of a marriage between a Charles Bruton and Elizabeth ??
I think it may have been transcribed wrong but I would like other peoples opinion, do you think it is Howels or Fowler??

Many thanks

Looks like Ffowles to me. It's definitely an s at the end. Look at the s in Collins. I don't think it starts with a H, just look at the H in Hill. I think it begins with Ff

Thanks Emeltee, the reason I'm asking is I have lots of Fowlers in my tree and I was wondering if it was a case of "keeping it in the family" as their daughter married a Richard Fowler.
