Not found in 1871, but this is interesting in 1851, she says is Jacob's sister and is married. Same address.

Yes, the marriage bit is very strange. She is a sister-in-law.

Baptism in Kirkburton for a Mary Armitage 2.3.1812 (born 7.2.1812) d/o James & Betty. Abode: Highburton. No other details given.

Baptised 14.3.1824 Martha Armitage d/o James, a mason & Betty (nee Oxley) abode: Newsome

12 years diff in age as per census.


1851 page 6 or page 7 or both for the full household?
