Dave,
Because of his occupation I can find him easily in later census, a bit harder when he was younger as perhap he had a different occupation. Do you have them because if not we could work backwards from them?

Hello Barbara,

When you have time thanks. You may work backwards from deaths of David and George if you like.

The only census I have of all the family is the one in post #1.

Regards,

Dave

Hello trace,

Thank you very much. Somewhere there is a connection in London before 1841 with the PERDRIAU family. There is a much later connection between the families in NSW but it's believed they knew each other before William arrived in NSW. We may not find any evidence of that early connection.

Regards,

Dave

Thanks dave,

I notice FS seems to be pulling the old site apart. The 1881 census now goes to the new site and does not include the pob and occupation and status of all in the household. You have to click on every member to get their details.

I have the details previously from IGI. I found IGI today not to be working.

Regards,

Dave
