Yes, is it this one?

Death 5613/1889 WARD MARY T G - MARY - WATERLOO ?

We know that both fathers were a Joseph per 1874 marriage.

Joseph WARD married Mary

Joseph TURNBULL married Mary THOMPSON ?

Yep, just checked the Anc. Index and no parents given, but good to see some consistency with those initials. So someone knows her full or part name :D

Age at death and age in shipping record and age at marriage all point more to 1849 than that 1852 one.

I can't see a baptism for Alfred or a marriage for his father Joseph on Lancs OPC site.

Not sure about that one yet. Yeah marriage not found yet or other baptisms for children.

Possible:

Marriages Sep Qtr 1847
WARD Joseph Stockport 19 196
RAINFORTH Hannah Stockport 19 196

That's ruling out the ones in or near Manchester.

Maybe not because I can't see that Hannah born Denton.

Hannah Robinson
christening: 8 August 1824 Christ Church, Denton, Lancashire, England
father: Samuel Robinson
mother: Betty

Hannah Booth
christening: 26 September 1824 Christ Church, Denton, Lancashire, England
residence: Denton, Lancashire, England
father: Alexander Booth
mother: Elisabeth

Neither of those.

Stuck is the word.

2x Isabella TURNBULL born Fife 1855 - 1859
1x Isabella TURNBULL born Dunfermline 1855

Can't find the marriage to Mary EASTON.

Can't find a tree with Alfred or his parents.

1x John TURNBULL born 1860 Blythswood, Lanark
