McCovan or McGovan ?? Need something other than the image of that notice.

Thanks,

Dave

What you need is the Australian version of the Clergy Database which would tell you what parishes a certain vicar/minister served in.

Emeltee

That would be handy Emeltee.

There are several lists in the newspapers for certain years such as 1843 and 1867. Sometimes I can find it by googling. No first name or initial and can't be sure what denomination.

Looks to be the Parnwell residence Ivanhoe so the minister could be from any parish.

'Corona' 1877 Sydney and family
Parnwell
William 32 Stockman Cambridgeshire Willm. & P. Cambridgeshire Baptist Both None
Jane 33 - London Thomas ? & J. Cripps London CE Both

Baptist Births Registered in the County of Cumberland 1851
Harrold Perdriau - Henry & Eliza Perdriau Abode: Balmain Quality or Profession: Proprietor When Born: March 7th 1851 When Registered: April 2nd 1851 By whom Registered: John Ham

But buried Presbyterian as was Frederick's mother. They were both cremated so no clue there with no minister named.
