Hate to tell you, there are no censuses available for this area of Kent in 1861 has been missing for more than 100 years.
John Merrelies and Ruth Lovatt [known as lovett] are my direct ancestors and Catherine is my direct line ending in Rockhampton Qld.
I have more on the Lovatt's, Ruth and her siblings, plus parents.
Where do you fit into the picture with Catherine?
