Merry Christmas anybody!!!

Went to pick up my geneaology magazine and popped into coop next door. Lo and behold they had all their Christmas stock out including a freezer full of party food. There was so much there you could hardly see the Halloween stock. They are really getting ahead of themselves. They started stocking Easter eggs in straight after Christmas. It takes all the excitement out of it I think.

Couldn't agree more. When I was younger I used to love this time of year, October run-up for Halloween, then into Bonfire night and then the build up for Christmas. There really isn't any excitement in the anticipation anymore, I truly believe my kids have missed out on something that was so golden.
