In Ireland, but born Bucks.
Seen on Channel 4 a short while ago, the subject of this, were films of the Lancashire Regt in Burma, which were 'unearthed' in the basement of Manchester Town Hall.
It recorded messages home to loved ones from the troops in Burma, and their family member who watched them, 70 odd, years on.

Not sure if it will be repeated, so keep your eye out.
