Does anyone on here how to find out about family whom service within the Metropolitan police force , I have my fathers badge number and service and station, but to find him is another matter.

They do have recruitment and discharge registers which they photographed and put on Flickr but you have to look through each one to find out when they joined and when they left, as my great great uncle Edgar Taylor joined in 1914 and left in 1944. I am not sure about individual service records.
