Hello everyone, new to this forum and not sure how it works yet.
Anyway, I searched for my gg grandfather on the 1901 cencus, his name was Michael Rogers. I then searched on the 1881 cencus and found a Richard Rogers, everything about the families of these two men matched i.e.the names and ages of his children, his birthplace, the same street although different house number, is it possible whoever compiled the 1881 cencus could have misread the name on the origional document.
If someone could search the 1891 cencus for his daughter Elizabeth Rogers born in 1867 in Liverpool, Lanchashire, Sisters, Mary A Rogers, Lily Rogers, address, 26 or 58 Duckinfield Street, Liverpool, this might solve the conundrum.
Hope someone can help
Thanx
