Can anyone help me to find the death of my Great Grandfather please.
JOSEPH JAMES MINETT. He was born in Islington, London in 1855, married in Islington in 1877 to Eleanor Seare(s) Robinson. Eleanor died in 1938 and is buried in a Cemetery in Kingston, Surrey, but Joseph's death has never been recorded or found.
Joseph is on the 1891 census in Cornelia Street, which is round the backs of King's Cross Station. It was around here Brandon Way/Street and York Way that his father Alphonus Frederick Minett had the family Soap Works. When Alphonus died in 1896 three years after his wife, Alphonus left everything to Eleanor Minett. Nothing to Joseph or his siblings. So something must have happened for this to be done.
There is a Joseph Minett in the 1901 Census, but this is not our Joseph.
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thank you
