Minor Medical Treatments

There is alot to be said about what our ancesters used for minor medical treatments as a lot of them worked.

a small amount of warm water on bread and sprinkle with sugar and place of infected sight and strap, this was suposed to have been good for drawing infection out of minor wounds.

good old fashioned rum and honey for a cold. [not to much rum tho :D ]
another good one for a cold is to rub vicks on the soles of the feet and then put some socks on.

gently rub a small amount of bi-carb soda on a mouth ulcer

We have a first-aid kit in our kitchen cupboards!
