Missing birth

Hi after a break from researching my family I am back but still trying to find my great great grandfather Francis Bradley,on all the censuses he states he was born 1841 Kidderminster but I still can’t find his birth record maybe he wasn’t born in Kidderminster at all.Its seems his mother was Margaret and his brother was John,I have had a little help on another forum which suggest that Francis mother never married and ended up living with a Francis Wall who she never married either apparently it was not the mothers responsibility to register a birth at that time.I have put some details below any help would be appreciated.

There is this one but rather odd as date of registration is before date of birth so an error somewhere.

BRADLEY, FRANCIS - No mother's maiden name so mother not married

But ruled out by mother's name - Royton is in RD Ashton & Oldham.

Coincidence ?? No - a different mother so no match for sons John and Francis of same unmarried woman.

Thanks for that DaveHam9 Francis has had me baffled for a while now,still genealogy is never straightforward and easy.Looks like I won’t be progressing my search past Francis

He was baptised 5 February at St Georges church, Kidderminster, mother Margaret, according to the familysearch site.

He is in the 1841 Census in Kidderminster with Margaret and brother John, neither of whom were born in the county. Do you have him in the 1851 Census at all?

He shows up as having a surname of Wall,same mother same brother in 1851

Looking at the various Census entries for Margaret she is born in Shropshire, but exactly where isn't clear although it does seem to begin with the letter C. I can find only one Shropshire baptism 1815+/- 5 yrs
