Email the GRO for advice.

But I think it points to the late 1937 entry which has a volume and page.

Looks as though the birth was before the marriage then recorded in 1837 then added in 1930 with a ref to 1937 entry.

Place of birth is Bradford on Avon Maternity Hospital. Date 7th April 1950 Mothers name is Audrey Jean Woodford, Susan became Jane Kirby.
The story so far is that I am trying to help Susan find her maternal family and I am 99% sure that I have found them but for whatever reason they are not accepting it because of the Joan / Jean names.
