I think the born Bow? not London. Possibly some place in Suffolk.

I think 'Jane' aged 9 in 1861 should be James.

I think the eldest son Thomas J not there in 1861 was born in Blackwell, Essex in 1850.

Thanks for looking but I don't think it's that one.

The damn tree says he was born in Blackwell, Essex - well if he was his birth was not registered there:

Births Mar 1850
Muscutt Thomas James Poplar 2 367

It seems all the children were baptised at the same time - c. 5 Jun 1864 St. Mary, Rotherhithe. If that's correct then Thomas should be with the family in 1851.
