My first convict ancestor sibling.

I have found an ancestor sibling who was sent to Australia in October 1837. Edward Childs of Felsted, Essex, for maiming Thomas Swallow. He arrived in Sydney NSW in Feb 1838. Edward was the son of Edward Childs and Sarah of Felsted and the younger brother of my ancestor Sarah Childs.

He was given a Ticket Of Leave in May 1843.
